Starting this challenge over because I lost over 10.5 inches from the last challenge. I'm so determined to keep going, and I even went up on my weights today!!! Feeling freaking amazing!!! π₯ππ¦΅ππ₯΄

My legs are killing me! It took all i had to finish it lol. The surrender squats were killer and i forced myself to sit on the wall for 1 minute. Now it hurts to walk π

Day one done! πͺπ» surrender squats are the worst, but really enjoyed the sweat ππ» I was only able to hold the squat for 1 minute, my legs were shaking even before I started π
