1 min jump ropes 
20 push ups 
X 5 rounds 

Work out * dumbbell needed *

5 rounds - 1 minute each exercise 

5 squat thrusts - 5 second hold tricep hold 

Plank  tricep extension 

5 burpees - to 10 my climbers 

Plank ups 

Burn out at the end of five rounds 
50 seated  twists
