We liked it a lot and definitely a quick to get some cardio in as well as some lower body sculpting work. Audio was a bit low and sounded off maybe it's our phone  speakers. Class was a bit fast for those of us who are beginners but overall great. Will do it again for sure. -Alex and Freda
