Everyone’s Health journey is different. No two are the same, your destination is up to you, how hard will you work for your own name?
My name is Kassi, I am married with two great kiddos. I love animals, I love to golf, I prefer warm weather, and hate storms! Starting my own Health journey provided me my purpose. When I started my journey I like many others hit the bottom, I was a Stay home mom, and needed something for myself. I started a few diff times and failed with commitment and consistency which made my mental state shit. I had finally reached my mark. Right then I jumped in for the 4th time, this time though I stayed consistent. With 5 small habit changes, I am still committed too 3 years later:) Those we’re: drinking half my weight in water, eating loads of protein, increasing my steps DAILY, getting decent sleep, and you guess it LIFTING HEAVY SHIT! My husband was doing an addition to our deck, when I was able to unload the entire truck bed of heavy wood from the front of our home to the back ALONE, and not dead tired…was when I noticed how strong I actually was. My self confidence is beyond my ever thinking it could be, I believe in myself, I feel strong and healthy, I am able to run when my daughter trains for cross country, I am able to jump and bang my arms on the glass at my sons hockey games, I am able to walk my sweet doggo with no pain. I became a Trainer, started my own business then I opened my own training studio for 2 years, I have since realized online training is best for most as we are all busybodies, but we MUST make time for ourselves and honestly 30 mins .. YOU HAVE 30 mins 4 days a week!
I believe people see this as the toughest thing they have ever done, when really it’s the commitment and consistency that’s most necessary. The mental strength you gain alone is huge. For some reason it’s easy for us to love everyone around us, but loving ourself feels selfish.. but it is absolutely necessary!
