More great tips. Will have to try both oven and air fryer. I usually sauté my veggies in olive oil.

I absolutely love cooking with califlower/broccoli in the oven too, but I also add carrots

I don’t know why I don’t have an air fryer… But I do use my oven the way Kass does. I feel like for more energy efficiency and clean up I need to break down and get the air fryer. It’s just me and my husband now so it makes sense🤗

Loved it I use my air fryer for trimmed green beans , cubed butternut squash and broccoli 😄thanks for the tips
