I didn’t mean to give one star - rate is 3.5. A bit too easy for me (heart rate never raised- added weights and bands to make it little more enjoyable.) Loved the movements and would recommend to someone starting there fitness journey.

Just came back to the app ladies but this time I’m fresher then ever I quit vaping and much more and my goodness I couldn’t even do star jumps for more then 7 seconds but now I can control my breath and was fully able to do the jack with crossed legs so much easier and for the full 20/40 seconds!!!!!! Thank you for the motivation all the way through!!! Looking forward to see how much more I can do!!!
