It was great!!! My only question how long should I rest between each set of reps- For example - 4 sets of of 12 ? Between each set of 12 what is my rest period? I was using the 45 sec rest timer between each new exercise and was resting maybe 15 seconds between each set of 12 reps. Is that right?
