Equipment Needed: a set of dumbbells. I started with my 15’s but had to go down to my 10’s for the lateral raises!

Side lunge you lateral raise was a killer. I’m super sore today from yesterday- bike ride instead of a run this morning! And, of course, walk with the dogs! I always joke that they are my personal trainers!!! Haha! Have a great Thursday! My favorite day of the week!!!!!!!! :-).
