What type of workouts are you sharing? Many of these workouts are circuits ranging from 5-8 different exercises. Many of these are HIIT workouts allowing your heart rate to get up there, get a good sweat on, build muscle and help with burning fat.
Does the workouts require any equipment? These workouts may include dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, ankle weights, pull up bar and a Swiss ball.
What’s the main goal for your workouts? These workouts are fun, quick and very effective! They will keep your body guessing and pushing you to do things you have never done before.
