What are the goals of the program? My goal is to always give you new ideas of how to increase your strength and mobility in your core. If you have struggled with back pain, I understand. My exercises will help to work your way into a back pain free life, but you have to be consistent!
How to get the best outcome of the program? You have to be consistent and work through the burn!
What do I need to participate in this program? Most these exercises will be body weight, but there will be times we use a medicine ball, dumbbell and a Swiss ball.
How to schedule the program into a week? Many of these workouts can be done anywhere. With our busy schedules many times we forget about our core. These can be done during your favorite show, in your living room, in a hotel or at the gym.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for every skill set. Beginners or advanced athletes can do these exercises.
