Did not expected the grand finale with toe touches!!! I have to modify the bicycles and plie squats with on weights to keep up with the work out but I’m hoping to start building endurance within the next couple weeks ☺️

Did this workout at 7:30am in my backyard while my daughter was swinging in the hammock and got a great sweat going on...great way to start the day!
