    How do I know if I’m ready for this program?
    If you’ve completed my beginner lifting program (or feel confident with the basics like squats, lunges, rows, and presses), and you’re ready to challenge yourself with heavier weight and smarter structure—this is your next step!
    What equipment do I need?
    For this home version, you will need dumbbells, resistance bands, a bench or sturdy chair, and a mat.
    How many days a week is this program?
    You’ll lift 4 days a week, with an optional 5th full-body day (which I highly recommend!). You’ll train push (chest/shoulders/triceps), pull (back/biceps), legs (quads + glutes), and total body strength with a focus on balance and progress.
    How long is each workout?
    Each session takes about 45 minutes, depending on your pace. They’re efficient and purposeful—designed for busy women who want real results without wasting time!
    Is this a weight loss program?
    This is a muscle-building and body-shaping program. You may lose fat if you're in a calorie deficit, but the main goal is to get strong, build lean muscle, and feel amazing in your body.
    What if I miss a day?
    That's okay! Life happens. The program is flexible—just pick up where you left off. Progress is made through consistency, not perfection.
