    How do I know when it’s time to increase weight?
    1. You can easily complete all reps with perfect form and still feel like you could do 5–10 more. 2. The last few reps don’t feel challenging anymore—you’re breezing through instead of pushing through. 3. Your progress stalls (you’re not feeling stronger, or not seeing changes anymore). When this happens, increase your weight slightly—just enough to make those last 2–3 reps feel challenging again, while still keeping your form solid. That’s how strength (and confidence) grows!
