Quando comecei minha jornada fitness, eu era tudo menos saudável. Eu estava muito acima do peso e percebi isso porque de repente passei de tamanho pequeno para tamanho grande nas minhas roupas. Foi quando decidi mergulhar em um novo estilo de vida e nunca me arrependi. Pouco depois de iniciar minha jornada fitness, engravidei e percebi que tinha a oportunidade de mostrar às mulheres que elas podem continuar se exercitando durante toda a gravidez. Então comecei a levar o levantamento de peso mais a sério, pois precisava aprender muito mais para poder ajudar outras mulheres mostrando minha jornada e experiência. Aprender sobre os benefícios da musculação durante e após a gravidez transformou completamente meu corpo e eu me apaixonei por essa área. Agora, 2 anos depois, com uma bebê de 10 meses, sou Personal Trainer e Coach de Nutrição Esportiva certificada. ——— When I first began my adventure with fitness I was anything but the picture of health. I was very overweight and I realized it because I suddenly went from Small size to Large size for my clothing. That’s when I decided to immerse myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it. Shortly after I started my fitness journey, I got pregnant and I realized that I had an opportunity to show women they can keep working out throughout the pregnancy. So started taking weight lifting more seriously, because I needed to learn a lot more to be able to help other women by sharing my journey and experience. Learning about the benefits of weight lifting during and after pregnancy entirely transformed my body and I completely fell in love with it. Now, 2 years later, with a 10 month old baby girl, I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach.
