This is where I'd start if I was new to lifting weights. We work each muscle group for 5 days out of the week. This program is designed to help you get stronger. I hope you love this program as much as I do!

About the program

This program is 12 weeks long designed for beginner’s just starting or who have little experience with weightlifting. It is designed to help you gain strength with each week progressing in some way to make you stronger. Your workouts will be the same for 3 weeks at a time. Start out with a light-medium weight in dumbbells at the beginning and try to increase your weight when you can. The reps slowly decrease as the weeks go on which means you should be lifting heavier as the reps decrease. Challenge yourself! Only increase in weight when your form is good and the last few reps are really challenging. If you can't lift a weight for more than 6 reps, it's too heavy. I hope you love this program.
