I’m Karissa and I know that is very vague, but I’m not going to throw up my whole life story to get you to feel something. That has to be you on your own. What I can do is help guide you through the journey while providing you with thought out workout programs. Providing knowledge that goes into programming and ensuring you are staying on track! I have 4-5 years of fitness experience under my belt, and finally got certified early 2022 through ISSA for ‘professionalism’. Have helped a couple 6 week challengers lose 10% body fat, worked on mobility and form, and even trained myself on bulking and leaning. Starting from square one is the easy part, keeping engaged and being consistent is the hard part. So, let me help you stay on track and write a program based off YOUR needs. Also, remember nutrition is huge in this journey. Without the focus on nutrition there really is no need to stay the fitness journey. Motivation never stays, but discipline will always be a friend.
