Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
All these exercises are great for any level, it just takes a little time to get use to some of the machines, but I promise once you do, you’ll be addicted
What equipment do I need?
You will need a fully equipped gym for certain exercises.
How do I win the prize?
1. Share your workout pics/sweaty selfies on Instagram + FB group using #trainwithKV and tag me @karinaveee actively throughout  the challenge     2. Commitment!  I will choose the person that I feel like has put their dedication by showing up the workouts, by being active in the community and motivating others! (I am keeping my eye out)   3.BONUS - taking before an after photos! This will help you stay motivated and accountable -Don’t worry I won’t share them with anyone if you don’t feel comfortable. You can submit your before photos ([email protected]) and the after photo 30 days later! GOOD LUCK - I will be choosing the winner when the challenge is over. MAY 18

Really good work out! I ran a little longer than it says to because i didnt feel completely warm with just 5mins. The last exercise was tough!!
