Normal side effects on the 10- Day Reset include fatigue, headaches, irritability, this typically lasts from day 2-5, don’t get discouraged because once you get past the detox you will feel so rejuvenated
What if I have trouble sticking to it?
Don’t get discouraged! It’s not super easy the first few days, but if you push through, it’s totally worth it :) check out the healthy swaps, drink lots of water and if you slip up, it’s okay just keep going, don’t give up

Post 10 days, I feel way less bloated, which is fab, but my biggest takeaway is feeling like not completely craving sugar/gluten non stop & finding myself excited to find new options for what to grab when im hungry

I’m so proud of myself 🥰🥰🥰I thought it would be hard to cut of coffee and dairy for 10 days but it was easier than I thought. The recipes were filling and easy to make. Thank you for your guidance
