That was unbelievable!!!! I loved the tunes, especially the β€œDrop the Beat” song and the last 90’s hit which I listened to so much as a kid! I did my first full side plank, hip dip (without modifications 😊) and all the military pushups, only dropping to my knees for the last set! πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

When I realized it was that tough workout with the military push-up intermissions again I was dreading it, but I felt stronger this time! The 4-week program is working! πŸ’ͺ
