I've always been an athlete; when I was younger I worked as a model. I was criticized because my body was 'too muscular,' and from that moment on I pivoted from fashion modeling to fitness modeling โ where strong bodies were celebrated.
I became fully dedicated to fitness after my first big breakup. I felt like I needed to do something for myself every day that made me feel good, and exercise was my outlet. I didn't get into fitness for the hard body (although that's a nice bonus) โ I got into it because of how it makes my mind, body, and spirit feel. After all, the most important goal in our lives is to be happy, and I believe that the best way to get there is treat yourself right.
Everyone (literally everyone!) has the innate ability to workout. You can adapt to anything if you put your mind to it. Health is happiness and I want to help you on this journey.
