What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this program is to create a foundation of strength for the legs as well as build, tone and lift that booty.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
To get the best outcome, make sure to follow the program from beginning to end and refer back to our guides in the Start Here tab on how to make adjustments and modifications to the program when needed.
How to schedule the program into a week?
The program runs 3x/week. You can do these workouts with a day in between, for example, Monday/Wednesday/Fridays and use the other days to try something new, like a yoga class, spinning class, go for a run, jog, or even a walk just to make sure the body is in motion every single day. A body in motion is a healthy body!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
The workouts are for all fitness levels! If you have the knowledge on how to progress/regress some exercises that may be too easy/hard for you, feel free to do so to add or reduce difficulty to the program 👍🏽 Otherwise, refer back to our guides in the Start Here tab on how to make adjustments and modifications to the program when needed.
What do I need to participate in this program?
All you need for this program is a single kettlebell (if you have more weighted options, better!), your own bodyweight and resistance bands! (If you need to buy some, we can help you with that! Just go to our Insights tab and go to “Shop The Bands”)
