With a background in tumbling and competitive cheer, Kait is no stranger to discipline, strength training and an all encompassing approach to movement. With a growing interest in just how far she could take her body, she began using her knowledge towards strategic programming and in turn, helping clients achieve results they never even thought possible.
Martin’s basketball background sparked an interest early on to pursue the best possible ways to become bigger, better, faster and stronger. This love for sports specific training led him to explore different training styles like powerlifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics, primal movement and many other forms of fitness.
Having specialized in fitness and physical therapy for 10 years, working with clients from ages 10 to 70, we are renowned in our abilities to assess our client’s needs and limitations to create an optimal program for each individual.
Through extensive research, programming, and countless client transformations, we are excited to finally bring all of our knowledge into one space and have all of you reap the benefits of our programming!
We understand that everybody has different needs, fitness levels and even access to different types of equipment, which is why we created programs for beginners, intermediate and more advanced levels. We also have specific programs for those that want to become more athletic, women looking to grow their glutes, and even programs for those that just want to get into general fitness, have access to minimal equipment and only have time to workout from the comfort of their own home.
