This 12-week program will build your strength, conditioning, and recovery to ensure you arrive on campus ready to compete. The workouts are structured to improve endurance, power, and injury prevention while keeping you game-ready. It’s easy to follow, and you’ll have direct communication with me for guidance. About the program

On behalf of the Mississippi State Women’s Basketball Program, I would like to welcome you to the Bulldog’s Family! We are excited to have you join our team and commit to the process of continual athletic development and personal growth. My name is Kaiti Jones, and I am the Strength & Conditioning Coach responsible for the physical preparation of the Mississippi State Women’s Basketball team.
