About the program

This program is designed for 2 weeks of 5 days a week workouts, with one day being an active recovery. It's is designed for everyone, but recommend for beginners- intermediate lifters or people looking to feel out what my programs would feel like. This program is also recommended for people looking to get toned, while also building muscle, and burning fat. Repeat these exercises ba k to back weeks in the same order, in order to see results.
