5 stars not just for this workout but for the app itself! I believe you will never have a truly effective workout if you don’t have a plan for what lifts you’ll do that day. Knowing what lifts I’ll be hitting before I even walk into the gym sets me up for success! This app is exactly what I was looking for and I’m so excited that it’s finally here!
