Hello everyone my name is Julio and I’m here to share some of the knowledge that I have obtained from my own personal experiences and throughout my fitness journey. It wasn’t until 2-3 years ago that I had decided to take my fitness journey to the next level. I really started to take it seriously and made it a priority and a part of my life. Fitness has been a game changer for me in many ways, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. I’m passionate about helping others to achieve their goals. I love to share my knowledge with people and help as much as possible. I hope you can find my workouts helpful and enjoyable, and hopefully they serve you as a tool to achieve your goals. I will be sharing different types of workouts, most of which will require a minimal equipment such as dumbbells, bench, pull up bar, resistance bands and mat.
