Hi friends! My name is Julie and I am so excited to have you here joining me in my weekly workouts. We are in this together!
A little about me, I have been an in-person personal trainer, and specialize in pre & postnatal fitness for 6 years. I want to help and reach more women to feel strong and confident, so I am taking my training online.
I currently live in Virginia but I was born and raised in Massachusetts. I grew up playing sports (softball & field hokey) - I played 2 years of softball at Worcester State University before I transferred to Liberty University where I got my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. I am also certified in pre & postnatal fitness through girls gone strong.
My goal is to help women during all stages of womanhood be their best and confident self. Focusing on how health feels instead of how it looks. We are taking the number on the scale as one form of measurement, and focusing a majority of our health on non scale victories like; energy levels, sleep, inches lost, clothes fitting better, decreased inflammation and moving more to name a few.
My programming will be focused on maintaining/increasing strength training, core/pelvic floor, maintain/increase lean muscle mass, good posture and alignment. Follow along my instagram for recipes and meal ideas to help learn to eat a balanced lifestyle.
