- Get into a hollow position
- Bring your legs straight out and back together

Scissor Kicks

- Keeping your legs together
- Lean back supporting with your arms 
- Bring your legs up and over in a half circle

Rainbow Crunches

- Keep your legs fully extended with your toes pointed forward
- Raise your feet over the dumbbell back and forth
- Your core should be engaged 
- Focus on a slow controlled movement

Leg raises over dumbbell

- Lay on your back with your legs elevated 
- Point your toes forward
- Move your legs up and down rapidly
- Keep core tight and activated

Flutter kicks

- Lying with your arms and legs spread 
- Bring one arm and the opposite leg to meet in the center of your body 
- Return back to starting position

Right Arm Star Crunch

Left Arm Star Crunch

- Starting in a hollow body position
- Take dumbbells in your hands and press up
- Repeat for reps

Hollow Body Floor Press

- Holding your legs extended up
- Sit up and reach for your toes with both hands

Lying toe touches
