Solid, solid “shoulders turning to boulders” workout… I even felt silly on one of the sides of the Smith Machine putting plates and taking them off, but after the first 5; it had me sweating buckets! Btw, I may have broken the Smith Machine at the gym I go to… thanks @Julian and team! 😂

*Cable Front Raise (shoulder width underhand grip)

When failing on the last rep -- as you press up bring it to the front for as many more reps as possible

*Barbell Shoulder Press (behind the neck to front)

Reps 1-10: torso upright
Reps 11-20: torso leaning to the side

*Cable Side Lateral Into Hanging Side Latetal

*Chest Supported Dumbbell Side Lateral (pause into reps)

*Reverse Pec Deck Rear Delt Fly (thumbs out)

Set the bar on a Smith Machine at eye level (for you). Loading the plates on and then taking them down 🥵

*Plate Upright Row (finisher)
