*Leg Extension

Last set: use half the weight you did for your last set of 5 reps and go for as many reps as possible.

*Barbell Squat (Inside shoulder width stance)

Barbell Front Pin Squat (6:0:1:0)

Each set: After completing the 15 reps put the safety’s back in and do partial top range of motion reps to failure!

*Leg Press (feet low and inside shoulder width)

After completing the sissy squats to failure pause at the bottom and lean back for 10 seconds.

*Body Weight Sissy Squat (6:0:1:0)
