After completing the sissy squats to failure pause at the bottom and lean back for 10 seconds.

*Body Weight Sissy Squat (6:0:1:0)

*Smith Machine Squat (feet close and forward)

Last set rest pause: After completing the last 12 rep set, step out and take a 10 second break, then jump back in with the same weight and go for as many reps possible.

*Dumbbell Squat (close stance)

*Leg Press (feet low and shoulder width)
