*Leg Extension

Hack Squat (Inside shoulder width, center of platform)

Leg Press (feet high and shoulder width)

Using a wall, or beam for back support. Not actually leaning up against it, but more of a guide to keep your torso vertical throughout the entire movement -- not falling forward when you get tired!

After the reps are done, remove the weight and sit in a mid-rep wall sit for 30 seconds.

*Dumbbell Goblet Squat

Sissy squats to failure, pulsing in the stretch to mid rep. After failing get back into a double quad stretch for 15-20 seconds!

*Body Weight Sissy Squat (into paused stretch)

*Adductor Machine
