Barbell Front Pin Squat (6:0:1:0)

*Barbell Pin Squat (pins set high)

Only on last set: after completing the 12 reps put the safety’s back in and hit another 20 reps focusing on the top range of motion. Once the 20 reps are done, take the safety’s back out and do a full range of motion rep with the longest negative possible!

*Leg Press (feet low and shoulder width)

Leg Press (feet high and shoulder width)

*Hack Squat (feet shoulder width and low)

After you can’t do any more assisted Sissy Squats, straighten your arms and continue on with pendulum squats.

*Assisted Sissy Squat Into Pendulum Squat

Sets 1-2: no tempo
Sets 3-5: (1:0:1:2)

Last set drop set: 10 drop 10 drop 10
