*Leg Extension

Standing Quad Contractions (hips back)

Smith Machine Squat (feet close and forward)

Dumbbell Goblet Squat (heels elevated)

Sissy squats to failure, pulsing in the stretch to mid rep. After failing get back into a double quad stretch for 10 seconds.

*Body Weight Sissy Squat (into paused stretch)

Giant Set

Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 12 reps, rack the sled and take a 10 second break before jumping back in with the same weight for as many reps as possible.

*Leg Press (feet high and shoulder width)

Last set drop set: 8 drop failure

*Use half the weight you did on your last set. No tempo on the drop set, keep them fast and explosive.

Barbell Squat (Inside shoulder width stance) (5:0:1:0)

Sets 1-3: (1:10:1:0) every 10 reps
Sets 4-6: no tempo
