Barbell Pin Squat (pins set high)

Using the weight you used on your last set of 8 reps but do just 1 rep with as long of a negative as possible. After the 1 rep for barbell squats, step out and hit leaned forward sissy squats to failure 😍

*Barbell Squat Into Sissy Squat (negative into reps)

Sets 1-4: No tempo

Sets 5-6: When you're done with the 12 reps put the safety’s back in and hit another 20 reps focusing on the top range of motion. Once the 20 reps are done, take the safety’s back out and do a full range of motion rep with the longest negative possible!

*Leg Press (feet low and shoulder width)

*Adductor Machine

Feet out in front of the bar but keep my back straight and lined up with the travel of the bar. Feet close.

*Smith machine Squat (4:0:1:0)

Rep 1: Pick a weight you can do for one rep with a 15 second negative.

Reps 2-14: Lighten the weight and focus on reps from the mid stretch to full contraction

*Leg Extension (negative into reps)
