*Rack Stiff Leg Deadlift (bar at knees)

Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlift (sumo stance toes out)

Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 12 reps, set the weight down and take a 10 second break, then jump back in with the same weight and do as many reps as possible.

*Seated Leg Curl

*Steep Decline Dumbbell Leg Curl

Not letting the plates touch the floor until the set is complete!

*Barbell Hip Thrust (1:2:1:2)

*Leg Press (feet high and wide)

Each set drop set: 15 drop 10 drop 10 drop 10 drop 10 drop 10.

*Dumbbell Sumo Squat (drop sets)
