Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 12 reps, set the weight down and take a 10 second break, then jump back in with the same weight and do as many reps as possible.

*Steep Decline Dumbbell Leg Curl

Pins set high so chest never drops below parallel to the floor.

*Barbell Pin Good Morning

*Seated Leg Curl

Reps 1-5: (1:0:3:0)
Reps 6-10: (3:0:1:0)
Reps 11-15: no tempo

*Lying leg Curl (varied tempos)

Pins set high so your hips are just above your knees at the bottom.

*Barbell Pin Squat

Standing on 25lb plates to get a little bit further stretch.
