Flat Barbell Press (reverse grip)

Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 12 reps, rack the weight and take a 10 second break, a few deep breaths, then jump back in with the same weight and do as many reps as possible.

*Flat Barbell Neck Press

*Incline Barbell Press

Incline Dumbbell Fly

Incline Machine Fly

Using 100 pound plate, and shooting for 15+ reps. Use smaller plates for less weight, and switch to dumbbells if you need more than 100lbs 👊🏼

Plate Hammer Press

*Barbell Bicep Curl

*Barbell Spider Curl (close grip)

After hitting the 15 reps on hammer curls, drop to only one dumbbell for as many more reps as possible on close grip curls.

*Dumbbell Hammer Curl into Close Grip Curl

Alternating Dumbbell Spider Curl (curling straight)
