*Hammer Grip Pull Up

10 second pause on the stretch for reps 10, 20 and 30.

*Pendlay Dumbbell Pull Over

*Incline Lat Pull Down (reverse grip)

Every set: 6 drop 6 drop 6

1st 6: widest grip possible 
2nd 6: shoulder width grip
3rd 6: closest grip

*Lat Pull Down (3 grip change)

Bent Over Dumbbell Row

*Back Supported Standing Cable Row (close to wide grip)

Single Arm Dumbbell Row (steep incline)

Every 10 reps take a step away from the pulley.

Set 1: close grip
