Someone who doesn’t track their calories and is first starting this process needs help with their maintenance calories. Then they may be able to know what their LBM is because if you weigh 200 everyday you basically subtracted 15 pounds to get 185. At first I didn’t know what my maintenance was because I don’t track it usually.

This would be maintenance calories I think?? You said you eat 3000 daily and maintain around 198-200 lbs.. doesn’t go over how to drop calories for a deficit? Unless I missed it somewhere?

The work out was good. I bel I need do heavier weights. Not only let change it up a little with something knew we have not seen. Over all workout was great and I will be feeling going up my stairs.

Leg extensions at the start before hitting squats was super nice, almost like a warmup, and sissy squats at the very end was brutal but felt great.
