All workouts can be modified with a smaller range of motion and/or lighter or no weights. Follow me as I move to the beat, or go at your own pace. Workouts range from 40-45 minutes, and use light to medium dumbbells, a yoga mat, and sometimes a chair or other sturdy surface.
