Simply Strength is the lowest monetary investment you will ever make to work and train with Dr. Julia without sacrificing quality of program or your personal results!
I'm a beginner, is this program for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Dr. Julia can help you succeed. She spends hours on her program to make sure there are options and modifications for all levels. Of course the reps and sets are a guide so if you ever need to take some reps off to allow for more comfort in getting started please feel empowered to do so!
What if I only have time for 2 days a week?
That is amazing! The program will now last you 6 weeks and how you should approach the program is doing it as follows: Week 1: W1D1 & W1D2 Week 2: W2D1 & W1D2 Week 3: W1D3 & W3D1 Week 4: W2D3 & W4D1 Week 5: W3D2 & W3D3 Week 6: W4D2 & W4D3
