Do I have to do the videos in order during the program? You can absolutely add the mobility classes on days of the workouts prescribed, but I would suggest going in order for the workouts for all 3 weeks as they get progressively harder/rep scheme changes!
Do I lose access to the content after the 3 weeks? You have access to all challenge content forever!
What happens if I miss a day? This challenge was made with you in mind. There is one day/week where there is no video and acts as a catch up or rest day. Also, no session takes longer than 20-25 minutes so if you miss a day feel free to add a mobility class at the end of your workouts just try to separate workouts by a minimum of 24 hours.
What equipment do I need? There is minimal equipment in this program on purpose! We are not rushing into the new year. A few pairs of dumbbells or kettlebells, a yoga mat, and your body is all that's required!
