This 6 week program is a complete follow along guide to building a stronger, more functional and more defined body. Weโll go through a progressively overload structure that should be done in numerical order with one day/week of combining hypertrophy with supersets, drop sets, cardio days, and ab finishers. This program includes modifications to use machines at the gym as well for those that prefer that option.
Note: There are optional cardio days that should be done in between sessions with 2 days off a week!
