This program is easy to follow, combines strength, mobility and performance in a fun and accessible way. This program is the least monetary investment you will ever make to work and train with Dr. Julia without sacrificing quality of program or your personal results!
Do I need to do Booty Builder 1.0 before 2.0?
Definitely not a requirement to do one before the other. 1.0 was definitely made more in mind for doing at home and 2.0 more at the gym with at home exercise options for those lacking certain equipment.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
Minimal equipment is required but the most benefits will be had if you have access to a bench/box, variety of dumbells/kettlebells with the option of a barbell for those who prefer it! We do use a cable machine for a few exercises but those can easily be subbed out if unavailable.
