Dr. Julia has a background in group fitness and rehab which she brings right to you! As a new mom and passion for making fitness accessible to everyone, this program combines strength, mobility, and performance into bite-sized pieces for the busy woman. This program is the least investment you will ever make to work with Dr. Julia without sacrificing quality of program or results!
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Dr. Julia can help you succeed. She spends hours on her program to make sure there are options and modifications for all levels. Of course the reps and sets are a guide so if you ever need to take some reps off to allow for more comfort in getting started please feel empowered to do so!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
This program is made to break down as many barriers to entry as possible. No excessive equipment. Dumbbells or kettlebells for the strength training portion, a yoga mat for all ab and mobility classes, and your favorite form of cardio equipment (or outdoors!) that you have. Any other equipment is optional and can be easily replaced.
