Welcome to SHRED😈These next 12 weeks will focus on building and maintaining lean muscle mass while also promoting fat loss through focusing on strength training paired with low intensity steady state cardio! Speaking from my own experience, this training combination & split has led me to such incredible, LASTING results that are so easy to maintain!! This is the exact program I created for myself & completed leading up to my wedding to feel like my best, fittest, most confident self!!
For anyone with a goal of “improving your body composition,” looking toned,” or “leaning out,” this program is for you!!
REMEMBER: You can’t out train a bad diet and in order to lose weight you must be in a calorie deficit (more info on this in my nutrition 101 category)! When it comes to my diet, if I were going through these 12 weeks with a goal of muscle maintenance and fat loss, I would prioritize my protein intake and eat in a very very slight calorie deficit! ***You can find info on how I find maintenance calories, deficit calories, and more within the “Nutrition Education” section of my Nutrition 101 category.***
