This program is the dumbbell only version of my SHRED Gym program! It includes the exact workouts & training split, just modified to be dumbbell only for all of you who workout at home or are new to the gym! -12 week training program -6 workout per week -dumbbell only (can be done at home or in the gym) -exercise video demonstrations & movement cues -keep track of progress This program is yours to access FOREVER!

About the program

This is the dumbbell only version of my 12 week SHRED program! This is for anyone who’s working out at home with a goal of “looking toned,” “leaning out,” or “improving your body composition!” The original program was designed around the equipment I have in my garage gym, but so many of you workout at home, so here you’ll find all the exact same workouts as my SHRED program, just modified to be done using only dumbbells! When it comes to weights, the more dumbbells you have the better; but as long as you have a lighter set for upper body exercises and a heavier set for lower body exercises, you’ll be good to go!! Just be sure to challenge yourself with the weight selection if you want to make progress! If you looked at my original SHRED program, then you probably noticed that the upper body days end with 30 minutes of LISS in the form of incline walking on the treadmill and the lower body days end with 10 minutes of incline walking on the treadmill; since this program can be done strictly at home, I’ve substituted all the treadmill incline walking with outdoor walks! Enjoy :) My training split: Monday-Hammies & Glutes Tuesday-Push & LISS Wednesday-Active Recovery Thursday-Quads & Glutes Friday-Pull & LISS Saturday-Active Recovery

    My name is Julia! I am a former Division 1 collegiate gymnast (West Virginia University) and I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2019! College athletics is actually where my love for fitness started and the reason I became a personal trainer. We had team strength and conditioning workouts each day and I absolutely LOVED them…no matter how brutal they were in the moment, I was obsessed. It was so fascinating seeing how what we did in the weight room impacted our performance at practice. Along with being a student athlete I studied sport & exercise psychology as well as nutrition & food studies! Mind, body, and fuel are my specialties!
