This program is designed for my gym (or home gym) goers with BUSY schedules who love to strength train but are in a time crunch!!! The program includes three lifts a week with day 1 being lower body focused (hamstrings & glutes), day 2 being upper body focused (push & pull) and day 3 being lower body focused (quads & glutes). The workouts are around 30 minutes each and they’re dumbbell only while also utilizing a bench (or a chair/ottoman if you’re working out at home)! The lifts will also progress in term of reps/sets over the 12 weeks but be sure to apply my rule of thumb for choosing weights when choosing your weights for each set! ;) ***see my “Helpful Info” video within the “Start Here” category for my rule of thumb for choosing weights*** This program is 12 weeks long and I’ll be releasing one week at a time. The workouts will go up on Sunday’s at noon EST so you can plan for the week ahead! It’s also up to you to decide which days you do the workouts within that week; whatever works best with your busy schedule!!! :) If you are doing this program please feel free to supplement the lifts with daily walks outside if you have the time for it; even if it’s only 10 minutes! It’s amazing what some daily fresh air and movement can do for the mind & body!!! ENJOY!!!

My name is Julia! I am a former Division 1 collegiate gymnast (West Virginia University) and I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2019! College athletics is actually where my love for fitness started and the reason I became a personal trainer. We had team strength and conditioning workouts each day and I absolutely LOVED them…no matter how brutal they were in the moment, I was obsessed. It was so fascinating seeing how what we did in the weight room impacted our performance at practice. Along with being a student athlete I studied sport & exercise psychology as well as nutrition & food studies! Mind, body, and fuel are my specialties!
