First gym workout in years! I stopped crossfit in 2018, and switched to yoga until recently. Had a baby a year ago and decided to go back to the gym. Great first workout back!

I was in the greatest shape of my life BC, but even after the restrictions lifted, I couldn’t get back in the swing of the gym (I also was insanely burnt out from my former job) & I am FINALLY starting this & can already feel myself getting excited about getting back to a routine with the gym ♥️
